A team will be sent to represent the school in round 1 of the ASDA South Wales Kwick-cricket tournament at Miskin Manor this Thursday 11th June. This competition feeds into a British tournament which was won by Llantrisant Primary School last year. Penygawsi has had some success past, becoming South Wales runners up at Sophia Gardens 4 years ago.
9 children will be chosen from those who attend the after school sessions at Miskin Manor Cricket Club.
